Estimated delivery times shown on regional websites apply only to that specific region.

6. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.
7. Customs & import regulations
International customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- brokerage fees
- local permits
- regulatory compliance
ENCODEX is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, refused, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities.
8. Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- additional shipping charges may apply;
- delivery delays may occur;
- replacement shipments are not guaranteed.
Orders already shipped generally cannot be redirected.
9. Risk of loss
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
10. Cold chain & packaging
Where appropriate, products may be packaged using insulated materials or temperature-management solutions.
While ENCODEX takes reasonable steps to protect products during transit, shipping conditions beyond our control may affect package temperature during delivery.
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt.
11. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or visibly compromised, please contact ENCODEX within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the products
- description of the issue
ENCODEX will review each claim individually.
12. Lost shipments
A shipment may be considered lost if:
- tracking shows no movement for an extended period; or
- the carrier officially confirms loss.
Replacement or refund decisions are made after completion of the carrier investigation.
13. Returns
Because ENCODEX products are laboratory research materials, returns are generally not accepted once products have been shipped.
Returns may only be authorized if:
- the wrong product was shipped;
- the product arrived damaged;
- the shipment was lost by the carrier;
- applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds are typically issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times vary depending on:
- payment provider;
- banking institution;
- digital asset network;
- payment method.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless ENCODEX is responsible for the shipping error.
15. Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
ENCODEX reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
16. Refused deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the shipment, ENCODEX may deduct:
- return shipping costs;
- courier charges;
- customs fees;
- administrative expenses
before issuing any approved refund.
17. Research use products
Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research materials, customers acknowledge that:
- products cannot be resold to ENCODEX;
- opened products cannot be returned;
- storage conditions after delivery cannot be independently verified.
These factors are considered when evaluating refund or replacement requests.
18. Force majeure
ENCODEX shall not be responsible for shipping delays resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- war;
- pandemics;
- strikes;
- government actions;
